Agreement Terms
- Clients must cooperate by providing necessary information, obtaining permissions, and adhering to requirements outlined in the project scope.
- While every effort is made to ensure plugins and scripts are error-free, MyWPGuru is not responsible for losses due to malfunctions.
- After project completion, updates to WordPress or plugins may impact functionality. MyWPGuru will assist in fixing issues but isn’t liable for any resulting losses.
- The provider is not responsible for third-party components like plugins, themes, or external software.
- MyWPGuru is not liable for costs, damages, or loss of earnings resulting from missed deadlines, site unavailability, or server issues. No refunds are provided after 7 days from project delivery.
- Clients are expected to thoroughly test all website features before final acceptance. Issues identified after 7 days will incur additional charges for fixes.
- The provider does not cover domain registration, hosting, or other external services unless explicitly included.
- Any work beyond the scope of the initial agreement requires a new quotation and written authorization (email acceptable).
- Upon full payment, MyWPGuru will deliver the completed website and admin login details.
- Responses to routine requests will be made within 48 hours; urgent matters will be addressed within 24 hours.
- Breach of any terms may result in contract termination.
Support Terms
- Free support is limited to the development phase. Ongoing support, tweaks, or fixes after project completion are available at additional cost and require a separate quote.

- Our security practices align with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your data. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of these terms.
