MyWPGuru reserves the right to refuse or cancel memberships on the website. If a new or renewing membership is refused or canceled, the registrant will be offered a refund.
Members can request cancellation via email at least 48 hours before their scheduled billing date. After the billing due date, the charged amount will not be refunded.
Additional Notes:
- All refund requests must be made by the member or the credit card holder.
- Refund requests should include the member’s name and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
